To increase your chances of getting members to attend your meetings, try promising them a 10-minute building meeting timed by a clock. See the accompanying guide and sample agenda which will help you hit your business highpoints within the prescribed time. Take note of the rip-off section on the bottom of the sample agenda which allows members to write down their concerns and meet with you one-on-one at a more convenient time.
