As a dedicated educator, you know the importance of creating safe and supportive environments for your students; now, it's time to extend that same care to yourself. Mindful Practices for Educators is designed to help you cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.
In this course, you will:
- Understand the term mindfulness.
- Learn about mindfulness practices and routines.
- Explore mindfulness for personal growth and well-being.
- Consider implementing mindfulness as a consistent professional practice.
NEA (facilitated) national online blended learning courses run six weeks with suggested deadlines to help you pace yourself and provide a certificate for *15 hours of professional development upon completion.
