Vote YES on H.3067

H. 3067 would require adult attendants on school buses that are transporting students with physical impairments so that the bus driver does not have to serve as both driver and adult attendant.

Representative Bradley and Subcommittee Members: 

On behalf of the statewide membership of The South Carolina Education Association (“The SCEA”) we wish to convey our support for South Carolina House Bill 3067 as filed in 125th Session of the General Assembly.  

As currently drafted, we believe H. 3067 has the potential to be lifesaving depending on the circumstance.
